This was great space for 2 families! Super clean, tons of towels, close to the pool and hot tub was great, lots of privacy.

Jacob’s Ladder was perfect for our winter retreat with preteen snowboarders. Great location close to pool, 20 mins from Hoodoo. Family and living rooms allowed for separation and sanity! The hot tub was clean and in good working order, if set a bit cool for our tastes. Big kitchen with newer appliances permitted multiple people to work together, and a big table to sit all of us. The basketball hoop was a really nice surprise! The only not so nice surprise was the added daily fee for staying at Black Butte Ranch, which was not unsubstantial and which we must have missed in the description, BUT the graciousness and responsiveness of the hosts - along with the pool - made up for it. We will definitely come back!

All fine except the hot tub is too cold for use in the winter. Probably too cold for the summer as well.

Deep in the lovely maze that is Black Butte Ranch. Deer grazing right off the deck! Lots of room, well stocked kitchen and we enjoyed the hot tub. Unlike most rentals it was nicer then I expected. Enjoy!

It was the perfect layout for two families. Two living room areas was SO nice to have a kid space and adult space. Hot tub was new and really clean! Location was great. Very kid and family friendly and had all the things you want in the kitchen. There were a few places that things are a little worn or aging, but we thought it was great! It was nicer than the airbnb pics for sure. We would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic location in walking distance to Glaze Meadow pool and sport courts. Lots of space for adults and kids to hang out together and separately. The beds weren’t very comfortable, but the overall stay was amazing!

We enjoyed this property very much for a weekend get-away. It was very spacious and nice for 3 generations of family members. It was well supplied with plenty of towels and linens, as well as kitchen supplies. Toys and books for kids were an added bonus. The hot tub was a special treat. Unfortunately there was a lot of smoke in the area this weekend, which prevented us from some outdoor activities. However, we would chose to stay in this house again. Thank. You!

Great location right near the indoor pool. Slightly older interior but overall great space for families. Loved the recliners near the gas fireplace and the bunk room for the kids. As noted by others, the master bed is sort of an interesting dense memory foam or gel that feels extremely firm at first then conforms slowly to your body. I thought it was pretty comfortable but my wife couldn’t do it and went to the guest bedroom in the middle of the first night and slept there the rest of our stay. The varying opinions on the master bed is the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars overall .
