Situated among the trees of Black Butte Ranch, this property is your home away from home providing you with a cozy haven to relax and unwind.

The living room is cozy yet spacious, with ample natural light from big windows and a wood fireplace to keep you warm. In the kitchen you will find all the necessities you will need to prepare food for you and your family or friends. A sliding door just off the kitchen leads you out to the spacious deck where you can cook and dine in the great outdoors.

The main bedroom is furnished with a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a private door out to the front patio. The remaining two bedrooms provide a queen bed and twin bunkbeds. Throughout the rest of the home there is a second bathroom and full laundry room.

Being a short walk to numerous community amenities such as Glaze Meadow Pool, tennis courts, and bike/ski rental shop you will be sure to have lots to do. With something for everyone, this home is great for outdoor enthusiasts, couples and families alike.

Please note, Black Butte Ranch stays will be charged a % fee based on your total reservation. This will be paid upon booking your reservation, not onsite. This fee provides access to the community and its amenities, as well as helping to maintain the pools, bike paths, and other recreational activities. When you arrive at Black Butte, please visit the welcome center to get your gate access code.

Upon making a reservation please note that signing a rental agreement will be necessary before you are granted access to the property.
