Welcome to the historic Fish Inn Bike Inn, located in the heart of downtown Sisters Oregon. Originally built in 1935 as a residence for the Sisters Forest Service, the Inn has been lovingly restored into a vintage 1930’s cottage with modern amenities. The Inn is located on a quiet corner within walking distance of most every place in town. Whether you’re visiting Sisters to enjoy the great outdoors, or one of our many art and music festivals, to relish our great restaurants or simply to enjoy stepping back in time into a small town pace, the Fish Inn Bike Inn will make you feel right at home. Inside and out, the Inn is the most charming vacation cottage and private garden in town.
Come and enjoy our proximity to endless activities, or simply relax and renew yourself with a good book. Everyone will find their kind of fun right here in the hospitable town of Sisters.
The Inn will sleep up to six people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the main floor is the south facing living room, dining room and fully outfitted kitchen as well as a full bath and 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a full brass bed. Upstairs is a cozy, wood paneled bedroom with a queen bed. Downstairs is a family room with a large, flat screen TV, a card room, study, bathroom and laundry.
Outside is a sunny, furnished patio with a barbeque and the beautifully landscaped garden. The “barn” out back is a 2 car garage to store all your gear safely. There is also plenty of off street parking. If you dream of just parking your car for the length of your vacation, the Inn provides 2 vintage cruiser bikes for riding around town.
The Fish Inn Bike Inn was moved to its current location in 2007 and lovingly restored to become a home that preserves the quality and charm of days gone by, as well as introducing modern features to make your stay easy. It is the 2013 DeMuro Award winner from the Restore Oregon for Excellence in Preservation, Reuse and Community Revitalization. It is authentically furnished in the styling of the 1930’s with original oak and fir hardwood floors, a working fireplace, antiques, Pendleton bedding and down pillows, which combines old fashioned vintage with the modern conveniences you want like air conditioning, 2 flat screen TV’s and WiFi connection and great water pressure.

Great place and just what we were looking for! Very convenient to downtown, shops, restaurants, etc. Very clean, no issues what so ever! Looked almost brand new. Very cute. If you like cottage type homes you'll like this. It's not a huge place but it will amaziningly accomodate a large number of folks. Big yard, outdoor table and chairs. All very nice. Just wish we were there longer to enjoy it all. It's definitely restrored nicely and furnishings are vintage and vintage inspired. If I had to find any fault it might be the furnishings are just a touch grandma but clearly it's done correctly and period appropriate. A splash more color and life in the bedrooms and living room, like the wild shower curtain and fun kitchen, might be nice. But definitely clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy. Also, do note that the bikes that they have are "vintage" (to go with the house of course) and are really only for futzing around, not for a bike ride of any length or dificulty. But no worries you can easily rent bikes only 3 blocks away if you want something more substantial. Oh, and the place is definitely a great value, even just for two people!!!!!
