 Register Your Dog Age We welcome dogs of all ages, however there is a $500 deposit required for dogs one year of age and under. We have found that even the best behaved puppies can act differently in a new environment. The biggest causes of dog damage are from scratching wood doors/floors, pee damage, and chewing. Size and Breed Please see individual properties for more info, there are size restrictions on a few that have hardwood floors. Pet Fee For every dog you bring to a Sisters Vacation Rental property, there is an additional $10 per night pet fee, or minimum charge of $20. This pet fee pays our housekeepers for the additional time it takes to clean up hair and fur. Our goal is to ensure that every dog friendly property gives the impression that it has never had a dog in it ($10 per night per pet). Furniture Pack towels to dry your dog off and wipe feet when necessary. As a courtesy to the homeowner and other renters, NO DOGS ON BEDS OR FURNITURE, additional cleaning charges will apply if there is dirt and/or dog hair on beds and/or furniture upon departure. If you intend to spend most of the trip without your dog, bring a portable kennel with you to keep your dog safe while in a new environment. Even the most well behaved dogs will behave differently when left unattended in a home they are not familiar with. Please take responsibility for any damage that your dog may cause. The most common damage caused by our dog guests is scratched wood work/floors. When a dog is left in a room unattended; they will scratch the door wanting to get in or out. There are doggie daycare facilities available in the area, please ask if you would like to call to inquire. Pet Damage The registered guest is responsible for any and all injuries and/or damages to person or property caused by any pet brought in, at, or around the Property. Pet Waste Guest must clean and properly dispose of all pet excretions immediately upon discovery. Laws Guest will comply with any and all applicable pet laws, ordinances, regulations, rules, policies. Sisters Leash Laws Dogs shall not be permitted to run loose or unattended.. Dogs shall be on a leash, confined to their owner's property, or under effective voice control. Persons walking dogs shall have a leash in their possession at all times. Pet-Free Properties Pets are not permitted in, at, or around any pet-free properties. Sisters Vacation Rentals has a good selection of dog-friendly properties available. Therefore, if Guest discovers that he or she has mistakenly rented a pet-free property, we will make a commercially reasonable effort to help Guest find accommodations for Guest’s dog. Any changes made within 30 days prior to Guest’s scheduled check-in date will be subject to the Cancellation Policy. |
